Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of shipping unless you were shipped the incorrect item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
What do I do if it says "delivered" but it hasn't been delivered? (signed up for Navidium Shipping Protection)
Unfortunately this happens a lot. To meet quota times, sometimes USPS shows packages as delivered before they actually reach their destination. The good news is that packages show up in about 48 hours. If your package is missing after 48 hours PLEASE reach out to the post office first before contacting us.
In the event that you have already contacted the shipping service AND signed up for shipping protection, we'll immediately begin the process for re-shipping your package.
My package was lost, stolen or never arrived (did not sign up for Navidium Shipping Protection)
Please contact your local USPS or UPS regarding this matter. By deselecting the "shipping protection", Reflections by Zana is not liable for lost packages or packages that show "delivered" by the USPS postal service or United Postal Service (UPS). You must file a claim with either USPS/UPS--whichever is responsible for the delivery.
For stolen packages, unfortunately the recipient is responsible for providing a safe, maybe hidden and controlled area for packages to be placed.
We DO NOT offer refunds or replacements for packages that have been shipped out on time, to the exact addresses on record and/or have been shown to be "delivered" by the US Postal service or United Parcel Service (UPS).
If the Postal Service has deemed your address incorrect or undeliverable, a charge to reship to the address on file--or to the corrected address--will be incurred. Unfortunately, we CANNOT ship to another address.
DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS!!!!! - we ship to the address provided, if the address is incorrect you will be charged additional shipping and/or product costs.
If the item shipped was a mistake on our behalf, please contact us so that we can immediately rectify this situation.
To be eligible for a return, (1)send a picture of your item to firstname.lastname@example.org, (2) state the reason for return with your order number in the email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Regular priced items may be refunded, sale items can be refunded at the price they were purchased at.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if the reels are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will detail the terms of the exchange.
If you've purchased the incorrect item and would like to exchange, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of shipping a new item will be included in the cost of the exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
