What's the difference between slide/gator reels?

The slide reel is typically good for belt clips, rounded v-necklines and positions where you don't have to bend forward often.

The alligator clasp is typically good for pockets, sharp v-shaped necklines and positions where you're physically active.

Do you customize badges?

Though, we are in the process of preparing ourselves for small batch customized badges, at this time we only customize in wholesale orders of 100+ badges

How quickly do you ship?

We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS). 

IMMEDIATE SHIPPING (1-3 BUSINESS DAYS--this DOES NOT include shipping time):

  • PVC, Metal and Square Work/ ID Badges 
  • Work Bags  (Totes, Backpacks and Nurse Purses)
  • Stethoscopes and Stethoscope Charms
  • Compression Socks
  • Passport Covers
  • Slim Cross-body Bags (most designs)
  • Earrings
  • Charm Bracelets 
  • Luggage Straps  
  • Any umbrella noted 'ready to ship'
  • Clearance/Open Box Section

**Anything else we will notate "ready to ship" or limited inventory. **

    5-9 BUSINESS DAYS:

    • Customized wooden afro badge reels (when available)
    • ALL apparel (t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.)

    8-12 BUSINESS DAYS: This will include most custom/personalized items.  This includes:

    • Slim Cross Body Bags
    • XL Wallets 
    • Backpacks 
    • Travel Bags
    • Duffel Bags
    • Sorority Duffel Bags

    2.5-3 WEEKS: Most Custom & Made to Order items with non-expedited (non priority) shipping

    • These items will have "made to order" in the description.
    • Any item out-of-stock

    What do I do if I put in the wrong address?

    Alert us immediately at qls@rbzexpressions.com if you've made a mistake with the address. Once it is shipped, we have no control and cannot ask USPS to redirect. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT! Reflections by Zana is NOT responsible for incorrect, incomplete and/or missing addresses. Once a package ships, it is in the hands of USPS and no longer in my control. PLEASE CONTACT USPS IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TRACE YOUR PACKAGE and provide them with your tracking number. Unfortunately, there is absolutely nothing I can do once it leaves my hands. 

    You may be able to contact the post office to redirect, but if it is returned to us, you WILL be invoiced for additional re-shipping. 

    If you do not wish for the item to be re-shipped, we will cancel your order and refund you the order cost minus a 15% restocking fee.

    What do I do if it says "delivered" but it hasn't been delivered? 

    Unfortunately this happens a lot. To meet quota times, sometimes USPS shows packages as delivered before they actually reach their destination. The good news is that packages show up in about 48 hours.

    Are you black-owned?

    Yes, we are. We are a husband and wife team (it's just us two), running the business out of Houston, Texas.

    Who do I contact if my badge reel breaks?

    We make what's on the front of your badge, but not what's on the back. So, we have a 30-day policy to cover reel failures from the date of shipping. If you fall within this 30 day period, you may request a replacement or a refund for the cost of your badge.

    We offer additional coverage during checkout to protect you and your badge after 30 days.

    Our Policy on Exchanges, Returns and Cancellations:

    Returns--Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    Exchanges--Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
    Cancellations--Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Clothing (compressions socks, shirts, etc.)
    • Digital downloads
    • Items on sale
    Conditions of return
    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

      All other items can be returned, unused and in their packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Unless the order mailed was a mistake on our part (wrong items, defective, etc.), customer must pay for return shipping.

      ✅CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS!!!!! - we ship to the address provided, if the address is incorrect you will be charged additional shipping and/or reprinting costs.
