What's the difference between slide/gator reels?
If you click on the badge you want and look at the 3rd or 4th picture, you'll find a picture representation of the differences.
The slide reel is typically good for belt clips, rounded v-necklines and positions where you don't have to bend forward often.
The alligator clasp is typically good for pockets, sharp v-shaped necklines and positions where you're physically active.

What do I do if I put in the wrong address?
Alert us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you've made a mistake with the address. Once it is shipped, we have no control and cannot ask USPS to redirect. You may be able to contact them to redirect, but if it is returned to us, you will be invoiced for additional re-shipping.
Are you black-owned?
Yes, we are. We are a husband and wife team (it's just us two), running the business out of Houston, Texas.
Who do I contact if my badge reel breaks?
We make what's on the front of your badge, but not what's on the back. So, we have a 30-day policy to cover reel failures from the date of shipping. If you fall within this 30 day period, you may request a replacement or a refund for the cost of your badge.
We offer additional coverage during checkout to protect you and your badge after 30 days.
What is your return policy?
These items CANNOT be returned:
All other items can be returned, unused and in their packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Unless the order mailed was a mistake on our part (wrong items), customer must pay for return shipping.
