What do I do if I put in the wrong address?

Alert us immediately here: qls@rbzexpressions.com to correct an address. But once it is shipped, we have no control and cannot ask USPS to redirect. You may be able to contact them to redirect, but if it is returned to us, you will be invoiced for additional re-shipping.
Are you black-owned?

Yes, we are. We are a husband and wife team (it's just us two), running the business out of Houston, Texas.
Who do I contact if my badge reel breaks?

We make what's on the front of your badge, but not what's on the back. So, we have a 30-day policy to cover reel failures from the date of shipping. If your reel fails within this 30 day period, we will replace it 'hassle- free.'

We offer additional coverage during checkout to protect you and your badge after 30 days.
